When two different drivers share the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid Touring, the memory seats make it convenient for both. Each setting activates different, customized memories for the driver’s seat position. The Camry Hybrid doesn’t offer memory seats.

Consumer Reports rated the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid’s headlight performance “Very Good,” a higher rating than the Camry Hybrid’s headlights, which were rated “Fair.”

The Clarity Plug-In Hybrid’s standard outside mirrors include heating elements to clear off the mirrors for better visibility. Toyota charges extra for heated mirrors on the Camry Hybrid.

Both the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid and the Camry Hybrid have standard heated front seats. The Clarity Plug-In Hybrid also has standard heated rear seats to keep those passengers extremely comfortable in the winter. Heated rear seats aren’t available in the Camry Hybrid.

Both the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid and the Camry Hybrid offer rear vents. For greater rear passenger comfort, the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid has standard rear air conditioning vents to keep rear occupants cool in summer or warm in winter. The Camry Hybrid doesn’t offer rear air conditioning vents, only heat vents.
