The Wraith has standard Rolls Royce Assist, which uses a global positioning satellite (GPS) receiver and a cellular system to get turn-by-turn driving directions, remotely unlock your doors if you lock your keys in, help track down your vehicle if it’s stolen or send emergency personnel to the scene if any airbags deploy. The Continental GT doesn’t offer a GPS response system, only a navigation computer with no live response for emergencies, so if you’re involved in an accident and you’re incapacitated help may not come as quickly.

Both the Wraith and the Continental GT have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, available night vision systems and lane departure warning systems.

The Rolls-Royce Wraith weighs 433 pounds more than the Bentley Continental GT. The NHTSA advises that heavier cars are much safer in collisions than their significantly lighter counterparts.

The Wraith comes with a full 4-year/unlimited-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire car and includes 24-hour roadside assistance. The Continental GT’s 3-year/unlimited-mile basic warranty expires 1 year sooner.

The Wraith’s corrosion warranty is 1 year longer than the Continental GT’s (4 vs. 3 years).

Rolls-Royce pays for scheduled maintenance on the Wraith for 4 years and unlimited miles. Rolls-Royce will pay for oil changes, lubrication and any other required maintenance. Bentley doesn’t pay scheduled maintenance for the Continental GT.

The Wraith’s front to rear weight distribution is more even (50.4% to 49.6%) than the Continental GT’s (55% to 45%). This gives the Wraith more stable handling and braking.

Heated windshield washer nozzles are standard on the Wraith to prevent washer fluid and nozzles from freezing and help continue to keep the windshield clear in sub-freezing temperatures. The Continental GT doesn’t offer heated windshield washer nozzles.

On extremely cold winter days, the Wraith’s optional heated steering wheel provides comfort, allowing the driver to steer safely and comfortably before the car heater warms up. The Continental GT doesn’t offer a heated steering wheel.
