Mr. John R. Capps is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury's St. Louis dealerships, dba Plaza Motor Company: they have been a part of Asbury since 1997. Mr. Capps has run the company, a large automotive retail campus that represents eight luxury franchises including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, and Land Rover, since 1981. Mr. Capps began his career in sales and sales management, becoming part owner of Northgate Porsche-Audi in 1974. Prior to joining Plaza Motor Company, Mr. Capps also served as Vice President of Operations at Volkswagen Mid-America, a distributor for Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi for a four-state area in the Midwest. Mr. Capps is a graduate of Stanford University. < back |

Mr. Bobby Gray is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury Mississippi dealerships, dba Gray-Daniels Auto Group. Mr. Gray began his career as a salesman for Jackson Lincoln-Mercury in 1972 at the age of 19. After holding management and ownership-level positions at several car dealerships in the Jackson area, in 1991 Mr. Gray bought Boyce Ford in Brandon, renaming it Gray-Daniels Ford. In his tenure at Gray-Daniels Ford, the Gray-Daniels dealership has earned Ford Motor Company’s “Chairman and President’s Awards,” and has captured the annual title as the Number One Ford Retail Truck Dealership in the Memphis region in 1999 and 2000. In addition, Gray-Daniels Ford has achieved Ford Motor Company’s Top 100 Club status for five consecutive years, and is currently ranked number 50 in the country. Mr. Gray is a member of the Mississippi Automobile Dealers Association. < back |

Mr. Michael S. Kearney is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Eastern Region which includes Crown Automotive group. Having joined Crown in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer, he assumed the role of President and CEO in September 2000. The North Carolina based company, which merged with Asbury in 1998, has 18 dealerships and 23 franchises throughout North Carolina and Virginia and about 1500 employees. During his tenure at Crown, the company's revenue has grown substantially. Crown has earned the Acura Precision Team Award, Volvo President's Award, Honda President's Award, Chrysler 5-Star Certification, and Ford Blue Oval Certification and President's Award. In addition, Crown has operated a successful captive finance company since 1993. Mr. Kearney received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his Masters Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. < back |

Mr. Tom McCollum is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Western Region which includes David McDavid Auto Group, North Point Auto Group in Arkansas and all California dealerships. He has served in this capacity since June 2004. Mr. McCollum, whose automotive career spans more than 25 years, has been with Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. since April 2001. Tom served as an executive officer in charge of finance and insurance. Mr. McCollum’s record of constant improvement in Asbury’s finance and insurance business is most impressive. He also oversaw Asbury’s regulatory compliance programs and developed menu pricing of all products sold by the finance and insurance departments at Asbury’s dealerships. Previously, Mr. McCollum was an Executive Vice President with Aon's Resource Group (formerly Pat Ryan & Associates), where he consulted with many of the nation's leading automotive retailers and consistently demonstrated an ability to improve same-store results with innovative, customer-focused programs. Prior to Aon, Mr. McCollum worked for several dealerships in various capacities. Mr. McCollum is a graduate of Sam Houston University and a Texas native. < back |

Mr. Henry Day is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Southern Region which includes Georgia and Arkansas. He has served in this capacity since March, 2007. Mr. Day’s career in the automotive industry spans some 40 years. Mr. Day has been Vice President of fixed operations for Asbury’s Southern Region for the past two years and for the Nalley Automotive Group for the 25 years prior to that. Mr. Day began his career in the parts department at Bingham GMC in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Day rose rapidly through the ranks at Bingham, assuming the roles of parts manager, then service manager and subsequently parts and service director. He was recruited in 1975 by Jim Nalley to head his fledgling service department at Nalley Motor Trucks in Atlanta. Mr. Day was named Vice President of fixed operations in 1980, and through the following years was instrumental in the growth of Nalley Automotive to ten car and four heavy truck stores in the Atlanta area. Nalley Automotive Group was purchased by Asbury Automotive Group in 1996. Mr. Day attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division from 1961 to 1963. < back |

Mr. Charles B. Tomm is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury’s Florida Region which includes Coggin Automotive Group, and Courtesy Automotive Group Tampa. Mr. Tomm joined the Coggin group in April 1994 as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. He became Executive Vice President of Coggin in January 1996, and assumed his present responsibilities for Coggin in September 1997. Mr Tomm assumed the responsibility for Courtesy Automotive Group Tampa in January 2005. Mr. Tomm has a broad and varied business background. He has held executive positions with publicly held companies including Schlumberger Ltd. and Arkansas Best Corporation, as well as positions as a practicing attorney, investment banker, adjunct law school professor, and diver and officer in the Submarine Service from 1968 to 72 on the Navy's only troop-carrying submarine. Mr. Tomm is a member of the Board of Trustees of Washington & Lee University, a director of Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville, Inc. (HabiJax) and a Vice Chair of the Jacksonville Housing Authority. Mr. Tomm received his undergraduate degree and law degree from Washington & Lee University and a L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University. He has been admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia, New York and North Carolina. < back |
